Having previously operated a UNIC spider crane, the customer was well-acquainted with the operational benefits and adaptability of this equipment category.
During the initial inquiry stage, after visiting our official website, the Bulgarian client expressed a need for a compact lifting solution capable of working efficiently within restricted spaces. Their primary considerations included the crane's overall dimensions, total weight, and type of power source, due to the confined working area inside the parking structure. Our sales and technical teams promptly supplied detailed specifications, dimensional drawings, and operational videos, assisting the client in evaluating various model options.
Following several rounds of communication, the final configuration was confirmed as a dual-power system, combining a Honda gasoline engine with an electric motor. This design provides flexible operation across diverse environments: electric mode enables quiet, emission-free indoor use, while the Honda engine guarantees dependable outdoor performance where electrical supply may be unavailable. We also provided detailed lifting capacity charts and real-world application cases to demonstrate the equipment's efficiency and stability.
Upon order confirmation, shengmiao conducted rigorous quality inspections and pre-shipment testing to ensure all functions, safety systems, and remote-control operations met the client's expectations. The crane was shipped on schedule, and after receiving the equipment, the customer expressed high satisfaction with both its build quality and operational ease.
